A sprawling Los Angeles estate built for late TV producer Aaron Spelling sold for $110 million and was the second-most expensive home sale in the U.S. last year, according to Redfin. But it wasn’t the only Southern California property that sold for the same dizzying figure.
Redfin, a national real estate brokerage, recently revealed the 10 most expensive home sales for 2025.
Two grand residences in Los Angeles sold for $110 million and made Redfin's list.
One estate boasting 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms is the storied former "Spelling Manor" built by late television producer Aaron Spelling (“Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Dynasty”) and located in the upscale Holmby Hills community.
Also sold for $110 million is a Bel Air residence with seven bedrooms and 15 bathrooms, according to Redfin.
