MANILA, Philippines — Elevators and escalators in three stations of the Metro Rail Transit – 3 (MRT-3) were temporarily unavailable on Tuesday afternoon due to heavy rainfall, the train line announced.
In an advisory issued around 2:22 p.m., the MRT-3 apologized for the inconvenience as the following facilities were not operational:
Elevators (northbound and southbound) and escalator at North Avenue Station
Elevator and escalator (southbound) Quezon Avenue Station
