She is estranged from her father Leonard, who is the charismatic leader of an influential religious moment.‌"Bethany tells Gabs that she has psychic powers and can predict the future - but what will it take for Gabs to believe her? And if Bethany didn't kill her mother, then who did?"While all episodes are streaming for free on iPlayer, the drama returned to BBC One on Monday (July 27) with its second episode. During the instalment, Gabs tracked down the mystery woman in Bethany's drawings.A viral article soon shook her trust, before she made a shocking discovery. Meanwhile, a widespread blackout caused chaos.‌Viewers were quick to share their thoughts after watching the drama-packed episode, with many sharing differing opinions just minutes into the episode. A number of viewers made complaints, with one X (formerly Twitter) user writing: "This has gone really s***."Another added: "Bethany is annoying.
