July 28, 2026_ The Singapore government has ordered an online service provider and several internet service providers to block or remove terrorism-related content accessible to residents. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said on July 27 that the Singapore Police Force (SPF) issued an "Arahan Memansuhkan" (Revocation Order) to an online service provider. Two "Arahan Menyekat Akses" (Access Blocking Orders) were also issued to internet service providers. These orders require online service providers to remove or restrict access to related online videos and internet service providers to block access to the affected websites, according to news site Berita Harian. The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) added that investigations have confirmed a direct link between such content and previous cases of self-radicalization in Singapore.
