(NASDAQ:BKR) stock climbed Monday after the oilfield services company reported second-quarter results that beat Wall Street estimates and highlighted growing demand from artificial intelligence infrastructure, liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects and power generation.
Baker Hughes Beats Q2 Estimates The company reported adjusted earnings of 64 cents per share for the second quarter, topping analysts' estimates of 50 cents.
Revenue rose to $6.74 billion, ahead of the consensus estimate of $6.52 billion.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $1.23 billion, exceeding the high end of the company's guidance range.
