PowerHouse Data Centers is looking to develop another campus outside Louisville, Kentucky.
Real estate firm Poe Companies and PowerHouse have announced they are looking to develop on 550 acres in Kentucky for a $9.6 billion data center project.

The companies have reportedly secured options to purchase the land, located east of Interstate 71 on Greens Bottom Road in Carroll County, for the proposed Carrollton Industrial Campus.
Full details of the planned development were not shared. Any transmission upgrades needed to support the project will reportedly be paid for by the developers.
