I Can’t get money from the ATM nor make any bank transfers to pay etc."My partner is also having the same issues with her Lloyds account. Their helpline has a 40 minute delay - so something is definitely not right."One Barclays user said: "Payments sent to Barclays accounts aren't arriving. Might wanna update that status page since it's been, you know, 3 hours now."And another said: "Why am I not receiving payments ? I'm expecting a payment in which has been sent and it looks like it won’t be in my account in time to cover payments out ? What’s going on ? I’m a premier customer and this is not the first time!
