MOSCOW, July 27. /TASS/. Russia should expect the Kiev government to resort to provocative acts during the election campaign this fall, and should be ready for them, Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has told reporters.
He also said that Putin would have an important phone call this evening with a leader he refused to name, although he did clarify that it wouldn't be with Donald Trump.
