The possibility of a conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his US counterpart Donald Trump, the pause in negotiations with Ukraine and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) ruling on Georgia’s lawsuit against Russia were the main topics of Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov’s October 15 briefing
