As British Prime Minister Andy Burnham prepares to host President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as his first international guest since taking office, the UK has announced it will share with Kyiv the intellectual property of a new electronic warfare capability called Stone Cloak.
The Stone Cloak systems are small electronic jammers, roughly the size of a tablet, designed to fit on Ukrainian drones and hinder Russian air defence systems from tracking and targeting them, the UK government said.
