During the visit, Burnham will announce that Britain will hand over the intellectual property for its new 'Stone Cloak' electronic warfare system to Ukraine. This transfer will enable Ukraine to produce the tablet-sized 'Stone Cloak' device, designed to block Russian drone detection, at scale. The Ministry of Defence has already supplied thousands of these jammers to Ukrainian forces, and the technology is slated for integration into the UK's next-generation long-range strike weapons. The leaders will also meet over 200 Ukrainian military personnel participating in Exercise Sea Breeze in the UK, aimed at enhancing warfighting capabilities.
