The South African swimming icon is officially the most decorated male athlete in Commonwealth Games history after claiming his historic 19th medal.
On Friday, July 24, Le Clos anchored South Africa’s men’s 4x100m freestyle relay team to a thrilling bronze at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre.
At 34, when most sprinters have retired, Le Clos swam the fastest split for his team, clocking 48.29 seconds.
