The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rychado Homes Limited, Idakwogi Richard John, has denied ever selling or transferring any interest in Plot 4022, Cadastral Zone A09, Guzape District, Abuja, to Rebecca Omokamo Godwin-Isaac, also known as Bilkisu Ishaku Aliyu, or her company, Homadil Reality Limited.

John is one of the co-defendants in the criminal case filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) against Rebecca before Justice Joyce Abdulmalik of the Federal High Court in Abuja. He is listed as the second defendant and faces charges bordering on alleged forgery of title documents, fraud and money laundering.

The other co-defendants are Rebecca's husband, Isaac Yusuf Ishaku, and Homadil Realty Limited.
