Somewhere in America right now, someone is cranking the air conditioning to 60 degrees so they can get cozy under a blanket. And to the rest of the world, that is completely unhinged behavior. Recently, we asked people what habits make Americans seem strange to everyone else, and the responses didn’t stop coming.
