Add the flour and mix only until a dough forms.Line a 20-by-20-centimeter baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to the pan and press it into an even layer covering the bottom. Prick the surface with a fork to prevent it from puffing up, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.Heat the oven to 180 C, or 350 F, on convection mode.Transfer the pan from the refrigerator to the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, just until the base begins to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool.Prepare the filling: In a bowl, whisk together both sugars, melted butter, cornstarch, salt, honey and vanilla. Add the eggs and whisk thoroughly.
