Samsung has unveiled the Samsung Galaxy Card, a new credit card for customers in the United States that offers up to 5% cash back on eligible purchases, along with exclusive discounts when payments are made through Samsung Wallet. The new card is the result of a partnership between Samsung and Barclays Bank, operating on the Visa payment network with no annual fees.
Details about whether or when the card would be launched in Thailand and other countries were not immediately available.
Designed to integrate directly with Samsung Wallet, the card offers users a variety of cashback promotions and special savings.
Cardholders can earn 5% cash back on eligible purchases made directly from Samsung, alongside 3% cash back when using the Galaxy Card through Samsung Wallet.
Everyday subscriptions are also rewarded, with 2% cash back offered on streaming services including Netflix, Disney+ and Spotify, while all other general purchases earn 1% cash back.
