The message was unmistakable: the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) would not go quietly. Beneath the bright lights of a packed stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja, applause repeatedly drowned out whispers of collapse as former governors, Board of Trustees members, state chairmen and loyalists gathered under the shadow of another leadership crisis.
