MANILA, Philippines — The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has tapped banking veteran Dino Gasmen to lead its financial markets operations, placing him in charge of open market operations, foreign exchange, management of international reserves and related risk management activities.
Gasmen will assume the post of assistant governor for financial markets on Jan. 18, 2027, succeeding BSP Senior Assistant Gov. Edna Villa, who will retire after more than four decades with the central bank.
