July 24 (UPI) -- A high-powered North American racing weekend takes a back seat Saturday to Ascot Racecourse in England, where a collection of stars from around the world is assembled for the Group 1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes.
Saratoga and Del Mar, meanwhile, take the lead in keeping the home fires burning. And, between Ascot and Del Mar, three Breeders' Cup "Win and You're In" bids are up for grabs.
