The Bangalore based real estate developers Sowparnika Projects has proposed to invest ₹200 crore in Kerala over the next three years with a pipeline of residential apartments across key markets.The company has drawn up a growth roadmap to sales worth ₹150 crore in FY 2026–27, ₹225 crore in FY 2027–28 and ₹350 crore in FY 2028–29, taking the cumulative projected sales value to ₹725 crore during the period.It has announced the launch of Sowparnika Florenzza, a premium residential development in Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode, the second project in the district. The project located along NH-766 offers an easy access to Kozhikode city and connectivity to Calicut International Airport and proximity to reputed educational institutions, including IIM Kozhikode and NIT Calicut.Ramji Subramaniam, Managing Director, Sowparnika Projects, said Kozhikode, continues to witness steady residential growth, supported by infrastructure development, a growing employment base and a strong local economy. The project offers 88 designed 1.5, 2 and 3 BHK premium residences starting from Rs44 lakh.Sowparnika has successfully completed 70 projects across key markets in South India, said a press release.Published on July 24, 2026
