WHAT happens when an astronaut saunters into a classroom in KZN?
Children want to know how they pee in space.
They want to know what it feels like to float, how astronauts eat and drink, and whether the stars look different from up there.
Next week, Shivar Rajoo will bring NASA astronaut Dorothy “Dottie” Metcalf-Lindenburger to KwaZulu-Natal, where she will visit four schools and meet young aerospace engineers at the University of KwaZulu-Natal who are working to build hybrid-powered rockets.
