The iPhone 17 price-hike rumour has finally acquired a number. Tipster Abhishek Yadav said on X that Apple had informed iPlanet dealers about a possible Rs 94,990 starting price for the iPhone 17 in India from the first week of August. That would add Rs 12,090 to Apple’s current Rs 82,900 maximum retail price, an increase of 14.58 per cent. Yadav also mentioned similar increases for the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, although his post supplied zero revised prices for either Pro model., while the iPhone 17 Pro starts at Rs 1,34,900 and the iPhone 17 Pro Max at Rs 1,49,900 as of July 24. Apple confirmation remains absent.
