Digital Catapult and the National Quantum Computing Centre have selected 11 organisations for the third cohort of the Quantum Technology Access Programme to explore industrial quantum applications.
The cohort includes organisations from financial services, healthcare, transport, defence, logistics, and infrastructure sectors testing quantum computing use cases through guided experimentation.
Participants will evaluate quantum optimisation and quantum machine learning applications using access to quantum computing resources, including ORCA Computing’s PT-2 system.
Press release – Digital Catapult has today welcomed eleven leading organisations to the third cohort of its Quantum Technology Access Programme (QTAP), delivered in collaboration with the National Quantum Computing Centre’s (NQCC) SparQ programme. Designed to accelerate the practical application of quantum innovation in industry, the cohort includes NatWest, the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB), and Health Innovation North West Coast, part of the UK’s Health Innovation Network.
