Digital Catapult welcomed 11 organisations to the third cohort of its Quantum Technology Access Programme (QTAP) to explore practical quantum computing applications across industries.
The programme, delivered with the National Quantum Computing Centre’s SparQ initiative, will test quantum use cases in areas including finance, healthcare, defence, logistics, and transport.
Participants including NatWest, RSSB, and Health Innovation North West Coast will investigate quantum solutions for challenges such as fraud detection, optimisation, and medical modelling.

Designed to accelerate the practical application of quantum innovation in industry, the cohort includes NatWest, the Rail Safety and Standards Board (RSSB), and Health Innovation North West Coast, part of the UK’s Health Innovation Network.
