A Ukrainian Flamingo missile has struck a Russian plant in Kirov linked to the production of Tor surface-to-air missile systems and components for Kh-101 cruise missiles.
Avitek, a Russian military-industrial complex company, in the city of Kirov has been hit using a Ukrainian-made FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile.
