According to the airline, the aircraft has been secured while the relevant aviation authorities have been notified in line with established procedures.
Enugu Air has announced temporary adjustments to some of its flight schedules after one of its aircraft experienced a runway excursion while landing at the Benin Airport on Thursday.
The airline disclosed this in a public notice issued hours after the incident, assuring passengers that there were no injuries or casualties.
“Enugu Air wishes to inform the public that one of our aircraft operating into Benin experienced a runway excursion after landing today,” the airline said.
“We confirm that all passengers and crew have safely disembarked and there were no injuries or casualties.”
