Cameroonian billionaire Baba Ahmadou Danpullo has launched a new asset management firm, Danpullo Capital, to organize and shield his estimated $930 million fortune.

Unveiled on July 22, 2026, in the coastal city of Douala, the joint venture with Kessner Capital Management marks the first time the 77-year-old magnate has placed his assets under external, institutional management.

The entity will oversee the family’s wealth while deploying private credit and equity across Central Africa.

Danpullo's fortune

Danpullo built his fortune through the Bestinver and Baba Ahmadou conglomerates, holding major stakes in real estate, tea plantations, telecommunications, and livestock across Central Africa and Europe.
