July 23 (UPI) -- NFL wide receiver Tyreek Hill showed off his progress from knee surgery by aqua jogging and jumping out of the pool at his home in South Florida.

Hill released footage of himself performing the exercises Wednesday on YouTube. The 10-year NFL veteran, who sustained multiple knee injuries in September, underwent several surgeries this off-season. The Miami Dolphins released Hill in February, making him a free agent for the first time.

A source told UPI on Thursday that "a lot of interest" in Hill remains. The 32-year-old said he underwent LCL surgery in February, but his "timeline is looking real good." Hill said in October that he didn't "want to make any rash decisions," when asked if he considered retirement.

Hill started his video by doing aqua jogging in his pool. He then hopped on one leg, bounced and marched in the water. Hill proceeded to jump onto a step while inside the pool.
