Dolphins' Tyreek Hill has successful but season-ending knee surgery - UPI.com

MIAMI GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill underwent successful surgery on his left knee, he announced Wednesday.

"Surgery went great," Hill wrote on X.

The Dolphins also said Wednesday they placed Hill on season-ending injured reserve. Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel added that Hill will remain in the hospital overnight for observation.

"He is in the hospital," McDaniel said of Hill at the Baptist Health Training Complex in Miami Gardens, Fla. "He was there last night. He will spend the night again tonight for precautions so he has the finest care.
