These young ambassadors from Muhammadeyah Primary School are ready to lift their voices as they compete in the Fusion Nasheed Competition.

Ten boys from Muhammadeyah Primary School in Wynberg are preparing to raise their voices in praise and represent their school and community with pride when they compete in the Fusion Nasheed Competition.

Competing under this year's theme, Africa Spirit, the learners, ranging from Grades 4 to 7, have spent months rehearsing for the prestigious event at the Joseph Stone Auditorium in Athlone on Saturday, August 1.

Maahier Karriem, spokesperson for the school's Nasheed group, said the boys have shown remarkable dedication.

"The boys have been preparing since the beginning of the year with weekly rehearsals, including sessions during the school holidays."
