Volkswagen is currently offering a €2,500 purchase incentive for this variant, reducing the price to €34,025. The higher-equipped Style version is listed at €39,110. After deducting the €3,500 purchase incentive available for this model, the final price comes to €35,610.
However, the entry-level price of €27,995, which was communicated during the initial presentation, is not yet available at the start of orders. This price applies to the base Trend version, which, according to the configurator, will only be available for ordering from mid-October. It remains unclear whether Volkswagen will also offer an additional discount for this variant. Importantly, the technically related ID. Polo’s corresponding entry-level version is currently excluded from the ID. purchase incentive.
At launch, the ID. Cross range is limited to the most powerful drivetrain variant announced. The 155kW front-wheel-drive model is paired with an NMC battery with 52kWh of usable capacity. Volkswagen states a WLTP range of up to 427km and a consumption of 14.3 to 16.9kWh per 100km. The maximum DC charging power is 105kW, with a charging time of 24 minutes from 10 to 80 per cent. The ID. Cross accelerates from 0 to 100km/h in 7.1 seconds, with a top speed of 160km/h.
