Mario Angrisano, 54, of Brackenfell, bought a second-hand 2021 Haval H6 2.0T Premium from Kia Tyger Valley on December 29, 2023, for R359,000, paying cash.
According to Angrisano, the vehicle had since spent a cumulative 162 days in repair workshops, while recurring defects remain unresolved despite numerous repair attempts.
The problems allegedly began just two weeks after the purchase.
