Irish Taoiseach Micheál Martin arrived in Kyiv on 23 July, where he will hold meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi and Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) Ruslan Stefanchuk.
