The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event has wrapped up and new foldable phones have officially been confirmed. Samsung announced three new foldables today and the first Galaxy Z Fold 8 preorders are starting to trickle in.The lineup includes the Galaxy Z Fold 8 ($1,899), Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra ($2,099), and the Galaxy Z Flip 8 ($1,199). The latter will be released on August 7, whereas both Fold phones will release on August 8. All three phones carry high prices, but fortunately there are plenty of Galaxy Z Fold 8 preorders to help soften the price of admission.One of the best deals comes courtesy of Samsung itself. For a limited time, you can get up to $1,200 off the Galaxy Z Fold 8 at Samsung when you preorder and trade in an older device. If you don't have a trade-in, you'll get a $200 Samsung credit with your preorder. Alternatively, you can get up to $1,200 off the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra at Samsung with trade-in. Or you'll get the same $200 Samsung credit without a trade.
