QumulusAI has signed an $18 million agreement to deploy Nvidia Blackwell B300 AI infrastructure, adding to a growing pile of contracts that now total over $124 million in Blackwell-related commitments. For a company that just completed a Nasdaq direct listing weeks ago, it’s moving fast.

This isn’t just another AI infrastructure deal. QumulusAI is financing its GPU empire partly through a $500 million blockchain-linked credit facility that lets the company borrow against GPU deployments using stablecoins.

The deal and what’s behind it

The $18 million agreement centers on Nvidia’s Blackwell B300 GPUs, the latest generation of chips designed for large-scale AI training and inference workloads. QumulusAI has ordered 1,632 of these GPUs as part of a broader hardware expansion push.

The company has also joined the Nvidia Partner Network, which gives it closer access to Nvidia’s ecosystem and supply chain.
