The incident, which occurred on 28 October 2025, involved Meredith pushing his victim over the railings of a raised pedestrian walkway. Dashcam footage showed the victim falling headfirst onto the road, narrowly missing an oncoming vehicle. The victim suffered severe injuries, including a broken spine, broken shoulders, six broken ribs, and significant bruising.
