Reisini and Roos were zip-tied, taken to an FBI building for four hours, and charged with assaulting federal agents, though these charges were later dropped in March. Their lawsuit alleges false imprisonment, false arrest, assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, malicious prosecution, negligence, and violations of their First and Fourth Amendment rights.
