July 21 (UPI) -- Horror comedy Scary Movie is available to rent or buy on digital platforms Tuesday.
"The jokes just got even more unhinged -- the Extended Cut throws more laughs, more madness, and all-new scenes for a franchise that has never met a line it wouldn't cross," a synopsis said.
"Twenty-six years after the original massacre, Cindy, Brenda, Shorty, and Ray get dragged back into the chaos by a brand-new masked killer who clearly never learned when to quit. Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Anna Faris, and Regina Hall reunite, alongside returning favorites, for an outrageous return to the franchise's original roots, where every target is fair game."
The cast also includes Teyana Taylor, Kenan Thompson, Dave Sheridan, Lochlyn Munro, Carmen Electra, Kim Wayans, Cheri Oteri, Chris Elliott, Damon Wayans Jr., Heidi Gardner, Olivia Rose Keegan, Cameron Scott Roberts, Savannah Lee Nassif, Sydney Park, Gregg Wayans, Benny Zielke, Ruby Snowber and Anthony Anderson.
