Tributes have been paid to former footballer Kevin Keegan, who has died aged 75 from cancer. He was adored by Liverpool fans during the 1970s, when he won three league titles and the European Cup. He then joined Hamburg and was twice named European Footballer of the Year.
He took his enthusiastic approach into management, leading Newcastle United to within a whisker of winning the Premier League title in 1996. He then became England manager.
