Rockstar Energy Open Brings the Soundtrack of Skateboarding’s Next Generation to Portland with Free Waterfront Concert Series
Two nights of live music August 14-15, featuring headliners Basement and Hot Mulligan and openers PUP and Angel Du$t during Portland’s biggest skateboarding weekend
Rockstar Energy Open returns to Portland, Ore. August 14-16, transforming the downtown area into an epicenter of skateboarding, music and culture for one unforgettable weekend free and open to the public. Alongside world-class Street and Park competitions, a free music festival will feature two nights of waterfront concerts that will take place on Friday and Saturday, immediately following each day's skateboarding competitions. Friday evening’s concert lineup kicks off with Toronto punk favorites PUP, before one of emo’s fastest-rising bands Hot Mulligan, takes over the stage. On Saturday, Baltimore’s hardcore standout Angel Du$t sets the tone before acclaimed UK rock and grunge band Basement closes out the weekend series.
