Oberoi Realty to launch projects in Mumbai, Thane, Alibaug

Oberoi Realty will launch residential projects in Mumbai, Thane and Alibaug in this fiscal, Chairman Vikas Oberoi said in a post result conference call on Monday.This would include redevelopment of two housing societies at Pedder Road in Mumbai and two towers in Kolshet area of Thane.Last month the company launched a luxury residential project in Gurugram — it’s first international Delhi NCR. Oberoi said the company is looking for further growth opportunities in Noida and Gurugram. “Business development is everyday job for us,” he said.Oberoi Realty reported ₹544.71 crore net profit in Q1 FY27 on the back of 26.7 per cent growth in revenue.
