HCL Foundation and HCL GUVI marked the successful completion of the HCL Foundation AI Program, an industry-aligned skilling initiative that trained 1,070 engineering students from six Government Engineering Colleges across Tamil Nadu in AI and Python programming.The 4-week programme was built to close the gap between classroom learning and industry-ready AI capabilities.The course was delivered through a 60-hour hybrid learning model comprising 30 hours of instructor-led online learning and 30 hours of classroom-based practical training. It was implemented across six Government Engineering Colleges in Trichy, Karaikudi, Vellore, Bodinayakkanur, Tirunelveli, and Salem, “At HCL Foundation, we believe that equitable access to emerging technologies is essential for building an inclusive future workforce. This program allowed students to build, experiment, and solve real-world problems using AI.
