Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), the company behind the Taj brand of hotels, today announced the signing of the Tree of Life hotel at Kanadukathan in Chettinad, Tamil Nadu. The brownfield project involves the conversion of an existing heritage-style property into a 20-key hotel which houses an all-day dining restaurant and lounge.Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “Chettinad’s rich architecture and cultural legacy continues to attract travellers seeking immersive experiences.
