Six sailors from a vessel attacked by Russia near Odesa have died, and four others are missing.

This was reported by Ukraine’s Minister of Recovery, Infrastructure, and Transport Mykola Kalashnyk on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

“Eight crew members were rescued. Two of them were injured. Unfortunately, as of now, six sailors are confirmed dead, and four more are considered missing,” the statement reads.

It is noted that the search and rescue operation is ongoing.
