The bodies of two more sailors were discovered while firefighters were extinguishing a blaze on a vessel attacked by Russian forces in Odesa earlier on Monday.

Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper announced the update, according to Ukrinform.

"Unfortunately, during efforts to extinguish the fire on the commercial vessel attacked by a Russian drone, the bodies of two more victims were found. As a result, the death toll from the enemy attack has risen to five," Kiper said in a statement.
