Sanctions must deepen. Only firm, continuous strategic isolation can make it truly impossible for the Kremlin to continue this campaign of terror,” he wrote, adding that “accountability for these crimes must be pursued in the strongest possible terms.” Ballistic barrage on Kyiv The Estonian minister’s remarks followed a major overnight bombardment. Russian forces fired 41 ballistic missiles – including Iskander-M, Zircon, and S-400 types – at Kyiv over a 40-minute period early Sunday morning. This marks the highest number of ballistic missiles utilized in a single attack against the capital since the beginning of the Russian full-scale war. The strikes and resulting debris caused fires and structural damage across Desnianskyi, Dniprovskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Sviatoshynskyi, and Solomianskyi districts.
