A 16-year-old boy was killed and 12 people were injured in Russia's missile strike on an amusement park in Ukraine's Odesa region on Saturday.
Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration released the update on Telegram, according to Ukrinfrom.
"As of now, the death of a 16-year-old boy has, unfortunately, been confirmed. I extend my sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. Twelve other people were injured, including a two-year-old boy and a 17-year-old girl," Kiper said.
According to Kiper, 10 of the injured remain hospitalized, with doctors describing the condition of four as serious. The two-year-old child has been diagnosed with an acute stress reaction.
Search and rescue operations at the site have been completed. Emergency crews continue clearing the aftermath of the strike, while law enforcement officers are documenting another Russian war crime against civilians.
