A Russian missile strike hit Odesa late Thursday evening, killing at least two people and wounding eight others, including two children, local authorities reported. Emergency and municipal crews remain at the scene, where officials have established an operational headquarters to coordinate the response and provide assistance. “All necessary assistance is being provided to those affected,” Lysak added.
