LUCENA CITY — A truck helper was killed and another was injured after a loaded dump truck shifted from a self-loading truck and pinned them in a freak accident here on Saturday evening (July 18), police said.
In a report released Sunday, the Quezon Police Provincial Office (QPPO) said an Isuzu self-loading truck transporting a dump truck on its flatbed was traveling along the Eco-Tourism Road in Barangay Ibabang Talim at around 6 p.m.
The vehicle was being driven by a man identified only by the alias “Christian.”
