On the night of July 19, Russia launched more than 40 missiles of various types—most of them targeting Kyiv—as well as 120 attack drones.

According to Ukrinform, President Volodymyr Zelensky reported this on Telegram.

According to him, Russia carried out one of its most massive ballistic missile attacks on Kyiv overnight. As of now, one person is known to have been killed in Kyiv and the surrounding region, and 16 others were injured. All those affected are receiving the necessary medical care.

Cleanup efforts following the shelling are ongoing at three locations, with nearly 600 rescue workers deployed. Relevant services are also operating in the Odesa region.

In total this week, Russia has deployed approximately 1,450 attack drones, over 1,640 guided aerial bombs, and 99 missiles of various types against Ukraine.
